You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.&nbsp; What To Bring?You, your little one(s), a stroller, a yoga mat or blanket, and water.&nbsp;If needed, you have the option to baby wear during the workout. If you think you might need it, bring your body carrier just in case.Note: Children MUST remain in a stroller or body carrier throughout&nbsp;the duration of each class.
