Join Fit4Mom for Stroller Strides all year long at Francis Scott Key Mall!


What's Stroller Strides?

Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood. 


What To Bring?

You, your little one(s), a stroller, a yoga mat or blanket, and water. 

If needed, you have the option to baby wear during the workout. If you think you might need it, bring your body carrier just in case.

Note: Children MUST remain in a stroller or body carrier throughout the duration of each class.


Where To Find Us?

Fit4Mom classes begin with a warm-up by the fountain in the center of the mall.
